Has anyone actualy got a premium account for submitting?

I am thinking about submitting a private hack to this site that I made for myself that does work for the new patch and is undetectable. I am wondering if this "if you submit info you get a free premium account" is really true. No offense to the owner(s) of this site, but it could easily be a scam to get private hacks/programs or exploits ect. and sell them for money on this site. Again I am not accusing this site of doing that, I am just making sure that is not true before I release anything here. I'm not trying to offend anyone here.
And also would an undetectable hack be the sort of thing that would get you a premium account?
