Changing talent point allocation

Is there any way to change the talent points allocated for your character? Can it be hacked or anything? Thanks!

Errm, there wasn't reall a point to go ^^^^^^^^correct but w/e. There used to be an exploit where you would get your talent respecced free but they fixed this several patches ago.
