My cousin left me his account while he is gone to iraq... i let a friend use it to find out they wasnt a friend at all somehow blizzard did somethin and closed the account sayin it was compromised and i need to send in a copy of my notarized drivers license to reopen it and return it to the rightfull user... i was wondering if there is a way that i can get it back without the license as i dont know when my cousin will return home... i have access to the cdkeys the registered email he used and his secret keyword... if someone has info that would help it would be much appreciated...

Call them and ask first.

most definatly call them, but did your friend do anything wrong on the account or talk to a GM who asked if it was the true owner

call them and keep them on the line for a while trying to talk them into unbanning... worked once for me
