I did a search for this but came up with nothing, and anything i COULd come up with i couldnt SEE cause not a premium.

What i am asking is. is it possible to "get" and "wear" and "use" PVP items (ie HWL) without ever going that high? say rank 11? or say a MOUNT.

I dont think there is a way to change HIGHEST RANK gained or whatnot, maybe there is.

and not is it possible is it also possible that id be caught if i did it?

None in premium and I haven't heard of it so no.

only way to do it would bee to go into the wow files be able to read the codes and change them... you can do it on SWG to change items in your inventory but lol doubt you can on wow ive looked at the codes and they are way scrambled.
