What is Grinding exactly?

The term Grinding is sitting in a camp - or area not really doing quests-- just full blown KILL EVERYTHING in the camp for hours and hours.. Oh and it works WAAY better than questing.. :]

Grinding is Killing mobs over and over in a spot where mobs spawn faster then you kill them , which means that you continously killing mobs
