What is required in order to become a GM of a server? What qualifications do you have to specialize in?

You have to live in California. Can't remember which part of it though. As for qualifications I guess previous moderating is a plus, knowledge of the game, and people skills.

I think this is what you are looking for:

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for an In-game Support Lead to work and interface with our international offices in the area of customer support for our game, World of Warcraft.

* Must be fluent in Korean, both oral and written. Fluency in other languages is also a plus.
* Managerial and customer service experience
* A passion for games and familiarity with PC gaming, specifically in the genre of MMORPGs.
* Experience with American/Korean business inter-relationships.
* Willing and able to travel for a significant portion of the time employed at the company (approximately at least 25% of the time)

Blizzard offers a fun, creative, and technically challenging environment with excellent compensation and a full range of benefits. See www.blizzard.com/jobopp for more info.

Please send your cover letter, resume and salary history/requirement to: resumes@blizzard.com or mail the above to:
