I find the best way to gain exp is to run through some instances. Get a friend or two and go run one! Questing is another good way. Grinding isn't the best way at higher levels like yours.

Grind instances and for the iron check out thousand needles usually can get a stack in about 30min to an hour

Stranglethorn Vale is very good unless your in a pvp server, youll have to be on your toes to survive there.

I like STV, SM, and then towards the end grinding on variosue mobs arround the badlands.
