Biznicks 247x128 Accurascope

Does this schematic have an entirely new drop% since it is infact droppable again since 1.10. And does it still drop fromt he same bosses from MC or even from MC? I would like to see how I can easily find out if its more benificial then Sniper Scope DPS wise.(sounds like it is since the matts are alot harder to get)
