Ok i have played wow since the day it came out. I have no 60 (am close) a couple of 40s and alot of lowbies. I belive that i am no noob since i have alot playing xp and several 40s. My friend says that your a noob until u got 2 60s. I told him to shut his lowbie face and stick to his lvl 17 mage. He propmtly shut up and we went on killing many things in oblvion. But what he said bugged me and i want to know from a gaming community if i am considered a noob or not.

If you care whether other people think you are a "n00b" or not, then sadly you are one. Stop caring about other people's opinions and join the elite.

Youre a noob until you learn to play your current class and the basig game mechanics. If you level your own lv60 youre no noob. My 11yo sister (lv59) is less of a noob than my 17yo (lv45) neighbor.

Hmmm I'd say a person who could own at pvp at level 19 (non-twinked) would be considered non noob imho

This is like when people talk about you know your a red neck when.....

To someone you will always be a noob. People just like to feel superior to others. You are prob more skilled than alot of players, but there are some players that are better than you. The more you play the more you learn the less newb you are.

Depends on the person, my friends got a lvl 60 but he still doesn't know much beyond his own class, if you ask me a guy with several characters to 40's will generally know more because he's more familiar with more classes. I have 3 60's myself (warrior rogue warlock) but I watch pvp movies a lot and pvp myself a lot so I know from that a lot about other classes and can easily log on my friends' characters (pretty much every other class) and do fine in PvP or end game PvE.

Why ask? It really doesn't matter. Naturally everyone has their own interpretation of something. Even if it is something as childish as the word "noob".

/agree with burnolot...and why do you care so much of what people think of you, its more of what you think of yourself

If you have play since wow was new you must know pretty much about it and that makes you no noob ;)
