Ok me and three other friends have been playing world of warcraft since the start, we are all hunters, and tbh we are fed up with constant nerfing, and the recent announcement that they plan to nerf all pet speeds and standardise all pets to a 2.5 attack speed. In our opinion this ruins the game for a hunter, as most of the purpose of being a hunter should be to seek out pets of high level and strength and train them. In fact we think that Blizz should add more specific pet bonuses and skills, so its more of a challenge to get the best pets and customise them to your specific requirements.

This is our Protest.

4 Level 60 Hunters Spread out inside Ironforge Auction House.
4 Running NO AFK Macros
4 With Trinket " Piccolo of the Flaming Fire "

You may ask what does this trinket do?

Well...


This is Lootable from " 57+ Hearthsinger Forresten in Stratholme "
The Drop rate aint bad too. About 20%.

I think you can image what happens next, We Position ourselves Evenly around covering in the radius of the spell, covering as much as we can of the entrance and auction house as possible.

Then we run a macro we made with autoit which uses the trinket every 1minute, and Sync it so that P1 goes first then after 15secs p2 goes 15s p3 goes 15 sec p4 goes and repeats.

Result, Everyone who goes near the auction house is stuck in never ending dancing.

Blizz We Beg you to reconsider your hunter modifications and stop this game turning into a Glorified Pacman.

Simple Isnt Better!!!!

Oh and P.S We also want When the Pet successfully executes Growl in PVP on a target, we want the target to lose its current target and focus on the pet.


Unfortunately this doesnt work on opposite faction members, You can imagine the Significance in WSG for example if it did.

The trinket doesn't stop you for doing anything it just makes you dance if you are idle. People will still be able to use the AH, walk away, whatever.

Aswell, if it made it so you cant move what so ever, id report you faster the you can say orly

LOL can you find out if people are stuck in dance mode? Kientwinsun disagrees waiting for a confirmation but that is funny.

I agree. That dancing won't prevent you to walk away, use AH or whatsoever.

What is your comeback?

It takes over any friendly targets in the area, like a polymorph does you lose control of your character, if someone uses this trinkets effect. and you are in the radius. You guys who think you know all should really go and check this stuff out because you have no idea what you are talking about.

People use these all the time on my server both at the AH and the Mailbox outside the Bank. I've NEVER had it interupt what I was doing nor stop me from simply walking away.

My server had a 100 hunter march against this bs. :-p

Then when we all summoned pets at once, our server crashed, and three day suspensions went out to organizers and followers were only an hour suspensions.... on laughing skull alliance. <3
