every time i try to down load a .rar file like the 1-60 in four days guide i cant open it because its a wierd code some on please tell me what to do with it. thanks!

Go download winrar. they have lots of free versions.

Get WinRar from Register to unlock hidden link. It will compress/decompress any file format.

reason i use ace is because winace does .zip .rare . ace
