I've been reading sites where it states a repeatable IF quest was removed. And the repeatable cloth quest you can only do at 60? Is this true? And is there anything else I can do? I want a ram!

Last I checked a few days ago it was still there. Its there at all major cities. Cloth for Rep

Go to AV a ton and try and find something that brings your rep up

To be more specific, you can turn in armor scraps, ram hides, rams (i think) and supplies from mines to get ironforge rep., as well as basic cloth turn in's.

I got exalted with Av and ironforge at lvl 51, the first chance i got I went into AV and started collecting EVERYTHING, (scraps, crystals, medals) I grabbed any I saw, and to the point where, my invintory would get close to full... go turn them in, rinse repeat, I was exlated within 25 AV's (on AV weekend)

As of 1.12 you get 10 Ironforge Rep each time you turn in one of the quest objectives, (Armor scraps, Frostwolf Pelts, Orbs to the Druids, Etc) In addition everyone in the BG gets 1 Rep with the AV faction. This is changed from the previous version and now takes longer to get AV rep, but its great for IF rep. If your hardcore and get to the 80g Epic mounts for Honor Rank you still need Exalted for the training and this will let any race ride a Ram easily... Well easier then turning in runecloth at 50 rep a stack

you must be exalted, and rank of commander and the mount is 90g not 80, but you were close =P

You can get exalted easily with any new realm. To open the raid instance Ahn Qiraji (AQ) each faction must deliver 20k trade goods. For every trade good you deliver you get a coin which you can deliver in every city. (I think they are called [City] Commedian Officer)
