So when I play I always turn off the game sound and play my alt rock songs on itunes. Anyone else do that? And what kinda music?

I usually listen to the game music on really low volume and chat with other people in the room.
If there is no one there I put on a movie since I have dual monitors. Usually Wow doesnt require full attention so I can watch and play at the same time.

Lucky man. When you say dual monitors do you mean two computers or just 2 monitors connected to 1 computer?

Can you do two different things with 2 monitors and one computer?

2 monitors one computer. So i maximize a movie on the right one and open up a windowed Warcraft on the left.
I am in college for 3d design so the dual monitors are almost nessicary at some times

My graphics card can support that but how does it work? Do you have like two mouses? I'll probably try that.

you have to have two monitors hoocked up and then in Display Properties>Settings there should be two monitors and on the second select Extend my window onto this monitor.

SInce my computer is old, I like to have WoW as the only thing in the background, so i just take up my ipod and listen to some rock while im grinding to not to fall asleep .

I'm gonna go try and get another monitor so i can do that =)

make sure to check your video card and your monitor. I know my video card required one monitor to be a VGA and the other to be DCI.
Just check it out and if you dont know just take a picture of it or write down the name of the video card and bring it into a computer store like bestbuy and they can tell you.

I generally listen to death/black metal or ambiance from Pandora radio when I play WoW if I don't need to hear the sound.

I do something similar to jmd just not as high tech, i put a mini TV behind my monitor and then just slide it out when im farming and put in a movie and sit their and watch

I listen to either w/e is already on my computer, or i turn on iTunes radio and listen to techno/trance... i play mostly at night too.. so trance is good...

just do what i do, it is easy put a piece of junk TV behind your monitor and pull it out when you wanna watch it, its simple

When I raid unfortunatly I have to listen to people on vent. Other than that I normally just listen to my different stuff on my computer. I especially like techno during PvP. Kind of just sets me in zone for beating down horde over and over. =P
