Help wit mods

Does anyone know how to work mods. Im pretty stuck on this and I really screwed up i had to reinstall WoW one time and the others nothin is happening if u know how to work mods plz post reply.

I used Titan Panel and Cosmos and they worked fine Plus its only 8.8 mb the file

Maybe try looking on an addon site for help, maybe there are different ways of working it

I only saw 1 tutorial but it was confusing know any mod sites with help on how to put a mod in?

Well, if you found it confusing you may want to type the word into a dictionary site that usually helps me out
