You can do a number of things with model swapping/changing. From making priest gear (or any target that needs to get dropped fast in PvP) a bright pink to enlarging the WSG flag so it can never really hide from you.
You could also change the tauren model to something less... large and obtrusive. This works wonders in tight instances like Scarlet Monastary or the tunnels in WSG or Towers in Alterac Valley.
You can view/extract models with
this program and learn to use it by reading this handy
guide.

Model changing is illegal. If Blizzard notices it you will have your account banned. Don't try this.

You should've asked in premium. We've got lots of programs that accomplished things with this.

if it's on one of those free-servers, you can do just about anything you want. as the soccerball stated, premium accounts can access all sorts to do this.
it's like the internet slums of .hack//sign MANGA, the original stuff.
But like in the manga, there's no true point...

Oh there's points. You can get to places you wouldn't normally be able to get to. But you'll never know if you're not premium =D
