Out of the 2 new races which are you going to be Draenei (Alliance) or Blood Elves (Horde)?

Post in the right section next time lol and neither. I think im not gonna still be playing.

Draenei sucks, bloodelf wins, the end.

I was expecting blizzard to release new classes, but its still cool that there is no class belonging to a side.

I'm going to make Blood-Elf Priest, because I always liked elves but they were on the alliance side. And most of the times alliance was noob, so I rerolled horde. Now finally elves on the horde side, yay!

I think it's wrong of Blizzard to put the Blood Elves on the horde side..

According to Warcraft mythos, the Blood Elves are (or at least was) at war with both Alliance and Horde - thus beeing a kind of "neutral" race, not belonging to either side of the coin.

At least that's what I've heard.

Maybe someone with better knowledge in Warcraft history could confirm or deny that.

In the history of blood elves it is said that the Blood Elves was once a peaceful race and member of the alliance. But the alliance betrayed the Blood Elves so they toke revenge. With their new faction, the horde, revenge should be easier. That's how it's on blizzard.com

The blood elves were origianaly the Hiborne of the Nightelves, and the most powerful users of Arcane magics, before the first invasion of the burning legion, when they were corrupted by Sargaruses(sp?) power and ended up being the ones to open the portal to bring him into Azeroth. After the Well of Eternity was destroyed they lost much of their power and fled across the sea looking fora new source of power. After their home was once again destroyed by the scourge the became the blood elves who wanted nothing but to get magic, they were addicted to it, without magic they would die. Blizzard may use that in the game somehow, and the Bloodelves will almost definatly havea mana drain ability.
