Chang account info.

I'm taking over a friends account, I want to update the email, account info etc. What should I expect when I call to do this? The ToS clearly states this isn't allowed.
Has anyone ever bought an account, or updated thier current account to be a completely different person?

I've never done it lol. You can change the email fine without any problems is all i know.

u need the damn SW to OWN the account SW = that person gets the account!

I have the secret word. I wonder, can I change this when I call? Obviosuly if it can not be changed then they could take the account back.
