I recently opened up a trash account with the intents of haveing a mage pled on it, I used the website www.!@#$%^&*.com they had only reached level 31 and when I woke up this morning the account was banned, the good news is that the transaction was on hold from my debit card so they were luckily nice china farmers and didnt take my money since I informed them that the account was banned, needless to say I can't beleive blizzard was able to look in and close this so quickly. I know they were leveling legit, no botting but it must have been the speed at which they were going.

the ban report is that generic one about how ive screwed up the "essence" of world of warcraft.

one of the lucky ones? I don't approve of their leveling methods though I checked in on things with my main account and my character was often in instances, which wouldnt be a problem but china farmers are terrible at doing things in groups such as not ninja looting. plus there website keeps saying they go through the grind and they dont speak with anyone unless you give them permission but they didnt have any problems grouping and speaking with anyone as soon as they could take my character into WC.

well they would have banned it for one of 3 reasons.

Leveling Exploits
Leveling Program
IP Addy from China

You really think they can/would ban an IP simply because of where it's from? In this (U.S.) country? That would surprise me, although I'm not sure why. I would be willing to bet the the leveler "went to far" and got caught, which is happening more and more. Especially since he only got to level 31. That doesn't take much.

i had a char powerleveled, my friends invited it to do a wsg 20-29 and he joined them and pvped for a bit. we all thought it was pretty funny, but still, they apparently dont have a problem grouping.

It is understandable that they banned you. AT least half of world of warcraft is leveling. If you dont level, you skip half the game, and blizzard dosent like that.

Simple thing to do, is hire chinese people to play real life for you, while you play wow.

I actually ended up trying again, against all good logic, I chose a different service www.brogame.com they got the character to 24 then it was banned, but I give up at this point blizz wins this round, I dont have time to level more chars to 60, I just wanted to play new classes at this point I know the journey full well from 1-60 as both alliance and horde its just repetitive gameplay at this point that I would prefer to skip. im not lazy, but I just dont have the time to level any more.

Wolf, I understand your lack of desire to level multiple characters to 60. The game content is very subpar compared to other MMOs. Only thing WoW has over the others is the different look and the fast paced PvP. The PvP is what keeps me playing.

I thought about getting another game and doing something similar to what you did.

My buddy had a character being PLed and was banned right around the 30 mark too. He said he thinks his toon was being botted. I know Bliz looks into accounts that are registering multiple IP addresses. So if your PL service is using multiple people to level and those different people are all using different IPs. Then that will send a flag up and get your account investigated. This is why you should never log in on an account being PLed until it is complete.
