is there anything u can do to stop the bugbear virus??

theres a bug bear virus goin around on silvermoon it has already hit to guildies, they say its a keylogger script can u please relay any news, info about this, or even how to protect yourself agianest this afther they get hit with it they lost everything in banks yes even alt banks and also all there gear there wearing and blizzared has no answers....

dont download anything would probably be the only way to protect yourself against it, and when you say:

well of course they lost everything on alts aswell the virus doesnt actually take ur items, it just records keystrokes and sends em to the sender of the virus, so they can get ur account and password, and go on and take anything they want, so anything thats good is theirs. Blizzard probably has no answers because its not thier problem. its not coming from the game, and its just another virus, they cant do anything cuz its from third party ui mods, and i think they're arn't talking about cuz they dont want anyone getting into panic mode.

Every account has 3 restores ! Use em ! Just PM a gm ingame with your story, Account department will then investigate it and do a rollback

yes restores can help aswell if ur account is stolen, but it should be easy to avoid getting ur account stolen in the first place.
