i dont see why not. you could just make a thread in general discussion saying "guild members wanted - guildname - server" however, it may cause some problems, since this is in fact a game hacking website, and then there would be evidence of correlations between accounts here, and accounts on WOW.

You can advertise if you are a premium member. As we dont want people trying to get guildies just for prem info .
