Hi ive been reading a guide on the website Register to unlock hidden link
and i cant find the program you need for this part "Doing this in Vegas is a cakewalk. Film the clip, add it to the timeline in Vegas, open the Media FX window and select Sony Chroma Keyer." Can anyone help me find the program

no im sorry, but i can give you some better programs. Fraps and hypercam both are very good and have free trails/clients. Id recomend using one of those.
