Help WoW model viewer

Hey i download WoWModelViewer-0.5alpha and i have no clue on how to change the model so when i play WoW i will look the way i set up on WoW model viewer. some one please help

yea it will only be server side so thres no real point, unless your character is ugly.

Nobody knows how to model change since the patch, because the patch.MPQ folder has been nerved
