WOW Set Bonuses Not Applied Correctly

Blizzard wanted to get this message out regarding set bonuses not applied correctly...
There have been a number of reports of set bonuses that are not being applied correctly. We understand this bug, but because there are so many possible combinations of items we need more information before we can fix them all. We are currently in the process of investigating which armour sets are affected by this issue. We are already aware of the issue with the following sets:
Black Dragonscale
Defiler's Plate
Defiler's Leather
Cenarion Rainment + Eye of the Beast
Devilsaur Armor
Field Marshal/Warlord's Vestment + Netherweave
