The counterclaim is very long but blizzard wants the following things to come about.
- WOWGlider.com must be shut down.
- Blizzard will own the domain wow glider.
- All wowglider revenue will be sent to blizzard.
- The company can not work on wowglider anymore.
- The WOW glider source must be shared with blizzard.
- WOWGliders financial records must be revealed to blizzard (Blizzard can ban all wow glider users).
They won't win

From what I understand that Brian Kopp guy won against Blizz and Glider did close to the same thing as he did. They both used Blizzards product to make their own.
1.Even if Blizz did win...
You can shut it down but ummm, yeah ...Just change the name.
2.Anyone can claim a domain to my knowledge.they may make him lose the name but courts can't order it to blizz they have to go to domain purchasing websites or however it done.
3.The company can't work on WoWglider anymore...once again rename it.
4.This is the tricky one and I'm not sure it works everywhere.Everyone has heard the trick about being court ordered to pay a fine and the guy being a smart !@#$%^&* pays in pennies.
Well when They require him to release the source code as long as it's all there it can be moved into any order.Even if it does not work all of the source code is present so it's up to them to decipher it.I can't be sure it works but I have read about companies doing this before and there was nothign the other company could do
5.And last part I don't think can be done.Aren't you protected by some rights or something on that one.I don't think they can just give your information out like that without you agreeing to it.Personal info yeah but not financial info and even then they can't just ban someone cause they're on a list they have to prove they are using the software.
Thats like arresting me cause I legally own a gun but I "may" have illegally discharged it at some point.
blizzard will win

Meh its up in the air. Blizz will go all the way but im sure he has the financial backing to fight them so blizz might loose then.
