Hi everybody :)
I'm a GM on one of our local WoW emulators.
Is it possible to check the bots on our server, or they work only on the official one?

If I get it right, you want to check all the bots that's being used on your server. I dont know if that's possible, bots would be worthless if it was working on retail. However, if it aint many people online, teleport to the people that's on (un)known grinding spots and check, or just pm each one.

Why would you ask about how to detect a bot on a server in a forum that is all about cheating/macroing/exploiting/botting? First of all that makes no sense, and second of all, if it were possible, this forum probably wouldn't exist. Unless someone on this forum was researching the Warden, or other detection systems that blizzard has in place, and what information bots gave off that humans don't, but even if they were, why would they tell someone that would just use it to detect a bot that they were trying to make? Overall, that was just a dumb question.

i saw the topic minutes after it was posted up and decided it wasnt against the rules. in a way it is about emu servers but it is also about live servers because its how to detect a bot. how can this help? people who play live can learn ways that they can be detected and then combat that.
