My account was ban for no reason at all. I work two jobs and everyonce in awile I get to play my char. I tried to log into it today and it told me error account closed or something along those lines. So I checked my email and blizzard sent me a message saying that I have reoccurring trens in exploitative endeavors on my account? I dont ever play the game but once a week maybe twice a week. Why would they ban my account for something I did not do. This is my first post here mostly I just sit back and read what everyone else has to say but ban my account for something that I didnt do? Is it possible they will un ban my account? I sent them an email back. I had someguy in game give me like 150 gold for no reason at all maybe thats what there talking about? Bah any advice would be much appreciated.

If it is a permanent ban then you can write an email to the adress mentioned in the email.

Your chances of getting it back are very small though, i have never heard someone to regain their account after a perma ban

maybe someone else has used ur account?

Im not sure I recently ran a virius scan after the fact and it had found some trojan in my system apprently some new virius that was just detected by some of the virius scans.

Email them then.

I email them lastnight at abou 1:30 am now its 8:49 pm and i still have no response back do you supose that they are checking into it?

If your experience is anything like mine, then they will soon email you back with a disjointed cut and paste message. The GMs that answer these situations don't really care about your account and they deal with one about every five to ten minutes. They do not take the time to write you a personal response. They merely cut and paste from a series of prewritten responses. If their prewritten responses don't match your questions, forget it. You'll still get a canned response and no real help.

If it's banned, your only hope is to call Blizzard and try to talk to a real person. If they cut you off and tell you that you have to write to wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com, then you are basically screwed. It's a waste of time.

well, (also one of the behind the scenes type people) I had a family member get 2 accounts banned for "mysterious conduct," but it turned out that the computer that the 2 accounts shared had a Keylogger on it and the account was being used to exploit/hack and then had the characters stripped clean. Blizz sent the usual C & P response stating that they would not reinstate the account because of the deceptive practices that the account was involved in. Thats when my family member sent them a very... well..."agressive" message saying that she wants to speak to a real person and not just some D*** copy/paste response.. She threatened to close both of the accounts.. the next day she recieved an email from one of the customer service reps. The email was more than what she expected. They found the account that the money was being sent to from the two accounts and tracked down the hacker. Both Accounts were reactivated and all characters were fully restored. Granted this is just one occurance of Blizz doing something like this. But if this happened for my family member... maybe that gives a little hope to everyone.

At this point in time I have had enough of there crap. No respone back from them so I am getting tierd of waiting. I guess that I will be forced to buy a new damn account and spend the money. Maybe I will get my lawer friend to send them a certified letter threatning lawsuit and see if that has any play with them?> Most likely not but who knows.

lol... people get un perma banned all the time, however, the character they banned you for is deleted and can not be regained, so if its already 60 you just have to restart or hope its not deleted if you do end up getting it back, I know this for a fact because my real life friend got banned for buying stuff off the AH and then switching servers, and they didnt give him the 25 dollars back and he didnt have the char

Does anyone knows if they keep track of credit card number after banning an account ? like if you try to make a new subscription the account will be automatically banned ?

Some how I don't believe you when you say you didn't do anything to get your account banned. You paid for an account on an exploit web site, and 6 out of your 6 posts are in the world of warcraft section.

Well first of all they dont normally ban you for being apart of a site thats not against any eula so if they do then you can !@#$%^&* ALOT and they have to give it back. Secondly it is of good use not to have your site name and account name the same. For example i wouldnt make my name Tault on any game although it would be fun.

I wasn't trying to imply that you could get banned just for signing up on an exploit site, I'm just saying it's a tad suspcious saying he didn't exploit/hack/bot while he's a member of this web site.

I'm sure all premium members here have exploited/hacked/botted at least once, so I was assuming he did at some point as well . He just got cuaght doing it and wont admit it, thinking his innocence will help him here?

yea ,thats funny .well check this out i had game-win@hotmail.com thats there email .they leveled my char for me and i caught the guy giving 500 of my gold to this lower level char through a trade window .i got pissed and loged them off they begged for me to let them finish so as 1 allready paid 175.00 for this service i got tired of them farmming gold and me seeing none of it.note next day my level 68 priest was banned and my g/f account was banned also ...i wonder if i paid wow themself to do the leveling and when i cursed them fricken chinks out .thats when i was fudge packed dry hump in the !@#$%^&*..........i am trying to get it back ofcourse and here is my letter i sent them:hi this is *************,i did not know that transferring items to another
