Requires a warlock in outland and the Tap leveling assist group.

Guide:
Have the warlock summon the low level into outland.
Tap level in outland.

Obviously the best place to tap level is in the area with the highest level creatures the group can kill quickly. You just need to scale the group with the creatures. I'm tap leveling my 49 hunter right now with two friends: 60mage and 60priest. They own the boars around honor Hold and the wierd floating manta like things near the mushrooms in Zangarmarsh.

I would imagine you could take a level 1 there with a couple 60's and powerlevel him like mad.

does this actully work, i thought if a guy was a skull to you you wouldnt get any xp?

Pretty sure you get very minimal xp. Better to grind mobs closer to your level. So wouldn't AOE gringing Hearthglen or something be better or your hunter?

Also for a level 49 anyone higher than level 61 (I think) helping you will actually get you less xp.

And the level 1 has to hit the mob which I doubt it could do

This only works if the rest of the people THAT assist you are about the same level as you and NOT in your group. So if you want to tap level, use this: Find some friend of your own level. Let them form a group. You get out of the party and damages an mob. The rest of the party kills the mob, and you will get full experience.

Something similar to this was used to get the first level 70.

28 hours after TBC was released some french gnome mage was already 70. was kinda crazy.
