I have a level 62 paladin and I want to Powerlevel my lvl 40 rogue up, any way ?

no not really cept for sending gold to get him uber stuff

use the instance-exploit (nearly kill the mobs with your pala, run out of instance, finish them with your rogue)
i did this from 1-45 with my priest + warlock and it works like a charm :>
