In patch 2.3, Blizzard added a few new daily quests to encourage people to participate in similar activities on the same day. Bornakk sheds a little light on the method used to hand out these daily quests.

The new Battleground, Regular Dungeon, and Heroic Dungeon daily quests are the same for everybody on the realm, but are random for each realm.
