My brother used my account while i was gone to surprise me. He wanted to get my character boosted for xmas so i could play with his team , so, he bought a pwrlvl service for me from Santa ^^ (pretty cute considering we´re in our 30´s lol) anyhow... in turn this service had my account closed or rather banned. Its been 2 months and they still have not opened it.

How in heavens hordish name do i get my account re-opened ?

p.s. so far i´ve sent them 6 letters and all i get is coorporate responses referring to the terms pages

You don't. Power leveling services are against the terms of use with WoW... You used one and got banned. You wern't banned un-fairly. You were banned because you did something against thier terms of use and Theres almost much no way to get it back.
