TPS for warrior tank

What is the best TPS rotation for a warrior tank? Any helpful macros?
Tons of info on the official WoW forums...
For single targets, sunder like crazy, revenge every time it's up, devastate after 5 sunders if you have it, and shield slam if you have it.
Multiple targets, swap sunders around, revenge around, thunderclap, demo shout, keep most sunders/revenges/devastates on the main DPS target.
