First of all, if your US, then www.worldofwarcraft.com is the site to visit, if it's EU, then www.wow-europe.com is the site to visit
You'll have to buy World of Warcraft in your official Game store, or on the internet. This site is a place for just discussing the game.

You can get it at their main site but I think that's only the trial.
