Download error?

Dunno if the XU service is just down atm or... but I am getting a very weird msg when patcher gets to the WOWService.dll file
It says: An error occured while opening the file to be downloaded. Make sure that the directory is writable an the application is not already running. Error: 32
Yes the directory is writable
No the application is not already running.
Any ideas?
