Yea i think AOC is going to do well. It has jumped a ton in its quality.

If you ever played AC or UO, then you will understand what PvP really is, and how it was meant to be played. Note, that this is not some cheesy faction vs faction or realm vs realm. This is true PvP, and should not be taken lightly. At level 5, you probably will have died at least 20 times from other players. The same faction can, and probably will kill you.

What I do not know yet is, is there player looting? Is there honor/dishonor? is there bounty hunting? I hope for a combo of honor/dishonor and bounty hunting - if there is looting, like in AC, there will probably be more PvE players.

Yea i loved AC personally. Best PVP out there. However they need to make it so there are no death items and its 100% random what drops. That is the best way to make PVP something people actually fear doing.

Whats more satisfying in PVP than chopping off somebodys freakin head and watching blood spray?

If you're a caster, then you'll most likely find this being a hell, as most other classes one-hit you from stealth.

So far I've found it to be pretty nice...Though, I don't like it when I whack someone that has been causing me grief all day...just to turn around and have a bystander that knows nothing of the situation decide to whack me, just because I whacked some "poor helpless soul".

AoC pvp is very fun. The only problem currently is balance issues and bugs with game mechanics such as certain feats and skills. Once they fix this and balance a bit out, PVP will be awesome.

I really like it. Makes the game a bit more of a challenge. Which is nice.

It depends, if you prefer a strategic combat system, go with AoC.

If you prefer button Smashing and Mashing, stay with WoW.

I've had a blast so far with the PvP, The combat system is pretty fun, Takes alot more skill then WoW and such.

Age of Conan's PvP is the most intriguing system in an MMO to date. The people that voted yes are the people who roll a PvP server, and get ganked by people 10 levels higher than them.

I love the PVP system of AOC. There's real skill involved most of the time (like another poster said, there are some bugs currently that negate the skill). All in all though you can kill someone or they can kill you...depending on skill and timing.
