Anything to help with combo's yet in live. Ie a macro program that will pause long enough to hit the combos keys

Or just be lazy like me and put Macro Express on your keyboard and write really simple macros like "Num4 = 4333333333" which will perform the combos every time.

On PvP servers you will get owned with macros like that. You have to time the combos because the player your fighting will be moving around or he's a dummy. The only class I see combo macro's really helping would be rangers.

agreed when it comes to pvp. except there is an part of the game, though a really minor part, when you kill a entire !@#$%^* load (a large unit of measure here) of static mobs...

I've marco'd my logitech g15 and it does pretty well doing short combos in pvp with my barb. I can focus on moving around my opponent and not finishing the combo.

Granted, its not going enable you to get any better at the game, its just nice for going out and one or two button killing of an X amount of X mobs. Which gets old the hundredth time you are set out to the same area to do the same thing. you know?

Besides the obvious use for macros and the Ranger what do you think about the use of serious combo macro's and the Conqueror using a 2hd Poleaxe? Those have a very nice AOE range for a melee weapon don't they? So you could afford to be much less precise.

once the game matures i can see funcom changing their stance on the use of macros. lets just hope its not for a bit. i'm having a blast with mine!
