If you hit P to go to your Skill List you can reset some of your skills for free by simply alt left clicking on the minus sign. This seems to be a bug as it cost money before the latest patch.

Here's the ones I was able to reset for free:

Fast Healing
Recovery
Endurance
Climbing

The skills can be unlearnd for free IF the skill isn't over 130 so this no news...
