Came across this last night by accident.

In order to maximize your grinding, hit your Rest hotkey right after the mob dies then loot. You'll rest and regain health/mana/stamina while the loot bag is open saving a bit of time.

yes this works, anyway the respawn on regular camps alot to long you cant effective grind in one camp wich sucks badly.
