I saw that video on youtube as well. I downloaded it because I wanted to see where it dialed home to. I recognized it right away for what it is. This app asks for your username and password and once you hit activate it dials to a database and transfers your login information. My firewall cought it dialing out. Of course I never entered my login info, just hit activate and watched what happened.

And yep, he deletes the negative comments and makes false youtube accounts to make people think that others are using this.

Only somebody really really stupid would fall for this.

Yeah jsut noticed this thread a friend of mine downloaded it and didnt wait for me to look at it. I did some Testing and here is my results My Packetsniffer picked up a gmail stmp built into the program so basicly it sends a email to his account at gmail. Also this "gm hack" has a database link aswell. Now im not sure but i think it uploads to a dedicated server or a vps w/e anyways and posts a cgi script databse of the accounts that it steals.
