[Theory] Infinite Sprint

This is just a theory and I haven't tested this out; it is for Infinite Sprint.
I have noticed that when the server lags (I use a 25mbit connection so I know I don't lag), my sprint bar when used
to sprint does not deplete, but when the server goes back to normal; I am still in my location where I sprinted to, and
my sprint meter is then depleted, but I am in a further range than my normal sprint can take me.
Which brings me to this.
Perhaps we could emulate this effect with a Lagbot. For those of you that do not know, a Lagbot is used to exploit
World of Warcraft and various other games.
What it does; is lag the connection between your home client and the server client, thus lagging the information
processed. This increases your latency (because it is lagging), and since Sprint is calculated through your client
(home), the sprint function does not work properly until the lag is reduced and the packets are sent to the client server
uninterrupted.
Sadly, I do not know of any lag bots that work for me (Vista 64-bit), but perhaps this could become something...
