So I was stacking and splitting 3 whorled leather in my resource pack and bank. I did it a number of times and cannot remember the order I did it, but after doing it a bunch of times I went and bought 1 whorled leather and 3 appeared in my pack when I received it from the mail. The exact same number as the stack I was splitting in my resource inventory.

I gave up on trying to get it to work again, but I did manage to buy 1 and get 3. This could work with someone sending you an item if you could replicate this bug.

So if anyone wants to go crazy and figure it out good luck to you.

Friend had a graphical dupe, but when it was shown in trade window it was the normal number, he said he was just messing around with a stack of gems in his bag.
