Since the recent patch me and several guildies noticed that certains stacks of our resources had doubled or multiplied by quite a bit.

Some of the stacks in inventory have Description: This item was created by . in their tooltip under Tradeskill Resource.

We are experimenting on how to recreate this, anyone else who cares to try please share results
