The absolute fastest way to get from zero to twenty is to be in "night" mode (solo) as often as possible. Check with Belissa {sp.} in the tavern every level.

I play a ToS, and I only needed to group with one other person twice to kill a specific boss. Both of those times were in "Day" mode.

Thx for the tip. I was getting destroyed early on. playing in night mode was a major help.
