Unlimited Totems as ToS

tempest of set can cast unlimited totems, it says theres a 60s cd, and they did fix it, but they reroleld the patch due to it crashing
do it quick, i can summon like 10, and they give you mana and do damage

Believe its the Feat that you can get by 24 or 25

Fixed. The refresh timer makes it impossible to pull out multiples.

Since it was working at one point but confirmation wasnt done in time premium has still been granted to the user.
