Running around in cities while handing in and getting new quests? Stamina not good enough? If you press Resting before you talk to a quest-giver, you will continue resting while talking, and thus you get yourself back on full stamina again so you can run to the next quest giver. Saves a few boring seconds of just running around in cities.

this is not even remotely an exploit or a cheat. Its hardly even a useful tip.
