Here it is. Not even a bugged quest, this is just a very easy quest that I am telling everyone about. If you are low level, and bored, and want to get 31k xp for a quest, go here!

It is located in Aztel's Approach which is a level 60+ area. Co Valley -> Field of Dead -> Lach Plains -> Aztel's Approach

Nay, it isnt bugged thats the whole quest to talk to the person for the XP. Its a really easy quest, working as it was intended.

It is a high lvl quest that newbies can complete for 31k XP which is pretty high.

Isn't a cheat or exploit, guide maybe.

at pre lvl 30? 31k exp would give you a full level!
