ACTOOL (AFK ATTACK BOSS BOT)

This macro is meant to be used for killing bugged raid bosses and I use it especially for farming gear off Oasis bosses with bow (not a caster class *cry*)

Basically it’s a straight forward macro nub friendly bot (meaning its very easy to understand and modify to your needs!)

So first off you need ACTOOL… get it here Register to unlock hidden link and install it.

1. Start up actool and copy paste the following code:

2.save it as whatever you want.

3.Bug your boss or whatever you need to do so your just going to beat him down and collect your loots.

4.Alt-tab back out to ACTOOL, now in the bottom right hand corner you will see “Number of Times to Run” this pretty much means how many times you want ACTOOL to loop the macro… I usually keep it at 50. So input 50.

5.Just under the “Number of times to run” field is a button with a lightning bolt that is labeled “Start” . Click it.

6. Go watch TV while you kill him, when he's dead just alt tab and click the stop button (bottom right again) and collect your loot.

Now whats going to happen (this is where I’ll explain the code) is the line listed “SetActiveWindow Age of Conan” will do just that… it’s going to auto-alt-tab back to AOC and continue down the macro.

The next line in the macro is “delay 1500” and this is going to tell ACTOOL to wait 1500 milliseconds before it executes the next line of code
NOTE IF YOUR LAGGY OR IF YOU HAVE A BETTER MACHINE THAN ME YOU CAN INCREASE OR REDUCE THESE NUMBERS ACCORDINGLY!! i.e. you need more time in between attacks… just make the number bigger.

So the macro just waited 1.5ms for us to reload the conan window and now its going to execute the line “keys 1” and guess what this does? Yup, its going to hit the “1” key which is probably your upper left attack.

Now that you know what the 3 lines in the macro do and how easy they are to edit there is no reason this shouldn’t be handy for you. EVEN IF YOU KEYBOARD IS COMPLETELY REBOUND OFF THE DEFAULT SETTING! You should be able to easily and quickly adjust the code accordingly… for casters just replace “keys 1, keys2, etc” with your spell keys like “keys 9” and increase the delay time to accommodate casting times…

You can also set the macro to take a pot when needed by just adding “keys 0” or something and make sure the mana pot or whatever is in the corresponding action button.

ACTOOL works wonderful for combos and they are still easy to add to the script, (I use it in my YAK killing macro along with stam pots) just write in “keys 9” (or whatever the macro is) then delay it and write in “keys 1” “delay 900” “keys 3” “delay 900” or whatever the combo directions may be, but don’t forget to delay it.

Ok now for my reasoning on submitting this, first off it’s an easy beginner macro so everyone should be able to edit w/o a problem for their character or situation. ACTOOL is very easy to understand and use and allows me to post code for copy and paste so no worries about Trojans and all that lame crap. The biggest glitches in game are on bosses to get gear and no one like having to just hit buttons without anything hitting them back so im hoping everyone uses this if they don’t have a g15 or something else. Again a HUGE BONUS is that its super easy to understand and edit to your needs, I posted the long version b/c you don’t want to have it just go 1,2,3,1,2,3 or atleast I don’t feel safe using short strings.

If you have any problems or questions about editing it let me know. Im currently working on a couple other small botsthat are more complicated, but for those just starting with scripts I’ll always explain what I did where in the code for editing reasons.

BTW if you prefer autoIT I can macro in that also, just always have been kinda fond of ACTOOL cuz no one uses it much (like macs) lawls j/k

Yes, it does work, but nay because lots of people have posted how to use macro's to do things VERY similar... so if it does go through, small amount of points.
