Can any1 give me help with solo'ing the tier 1 boss's.

we had two people die from mind control then the 3rd person was able to
get kylikki to 55% and she did a knockback on me and i died are you sure there are no other methods which will work? It seemed to not cast mind control after the first two times
any tips appreciated thanks
