Darkfall Tricks - Swim Faster! (Another Way)

Hello Everyone,

This bug works while swimming

How it works:

1) Be in a body of water

2) Tap your Dive key (defaulted 'C') (You only want to dive about 1 in-game foot under the surface of the water)

3) Instantly after hit your jump key (defaulted 'Space')

4) Repeat

It takes some time to master but easy once you get it.

NOTES:

This isn't what I would call a bug, but it is confirmed to go faster. I call it "sea horsing" You are basically diving and re-emerging the top level of the water barely breaking the surface but you swim a LOT faster.

Jumping always costs stamina, and so it does in this case too.

So unless I am getting this one totally wrong, hitting the jump key also means jumping up out of the water, because this is why you have the extra speed. This will eat up your Stamina real quick on longer swims.

If this can be done by just hitting c and space without jumping out of the water I´d be very surprised.

But that can´t be the trick can it ?? I´d be very surprised.
C is dive and space is sprint swim (which also drains stamina).
Then the trick would be: Dive and tap swim instead of holding it to not lose stamina while sprint-swimming.

I don´t think that is what it is about.

Also he said it looks weird and he calls it the seahorse or something. I think that relates to the jumping out of the water.
Maybe the OP should clarify, though I am pretty sure he meant what I was trying and that burns through your stamina.
