Here's a small tool I did : It keeps track of the status of the server, so you'll know when the server is offline or online.
A sound will be played when the status change. (You can change the wav to a louder one if you want)

* Java need to be installed on your machine
* Just launch run.bat to use it :p

jackabal thats nice. Can you make it a webpage with a graph over time? If you want we can host that here. Just thats something im sure people would like.

Someone did a much cleaner job than me...
It's a small Tray icon app showing the server status (+ alarm sounds)
