If you put Counterattack and Whirlwind slash under macro you can use them without dodging. You just need that the enemy performs atleast one attack on you and in 80% you will be able to use them. Works for Templar Block triggered skills aswell. Bassically works that they dont have to be active to proc em...

EDIT:

Macro should be:

/QuickBar x y z for first skill you wanna use
/Delay 1
/QuickBar x y z for second skill you wanna use

and so on

just grab it from action bar and drop it to macro creating window

Can you elaborate a bit? What should the macro be, and does it have to be under a macro or can you just spam the hotkey assigned to counter attack / whirlwind slash?

It has never worked, I have a lvl 45 Sin and I did
/skill whirlwind slash I
/skill counterattack IV

and it never worked. What else are you doing that is causing this to trigger?

I got this to work 1 time. You have to let the mob agro you and let it get the first hit, then you you the macro.

Oh and you guys are doing the macro wrong... you drag the skill from your HOT BAR, not your skill tab.

It DID work if you did it right, but it was very inconsistent.
